FAQ

Is anything going to fall out of my Wildcard?

No, as long as you don't overstuff it. Don't exceed the listed capacity on each size. As long as the top closes fully and holds upon closure, you're good to go!

Is my Wildcard going to clog?

Nope. We rounded the inside corners at the bottom of the bag and removed the interlocking tracks at the top that cause clogs in ziplock bags. So it's awesome like that.

What's the best way to open my Wildcard?

Hold the Wildcard on the edges with one hand, insert your other thumb inside the bag until your nail is covered and you are pinching the lip with that thumb and index finger, then use both hands to pop open the Wildcard.

What's the best way to close my Wildcard?

Close the Wildcard gently from one side to the other — this prevents expulsion of trace amounts of contents. It takes a bit of practice: keep a finger or tool inside one upper corner, close the opposite corner, then remove your finger or tool to fully seal the Wildcard.

How do I clean my Wildcard?

It's super easy. Check out our care instructions here.

How long will my Wildcard last?

If you treat it well it, will last a few years or more. With heavy use, expect 6-12 months. Every Wildcard is hand-sewn in NYC with a needle and thread (not by machine) which makes it super durable. The lifespan really depends how rough you are while opening and closing it. The Wildcard is rated at 10,000+ openings and closings.

Can I fly with my Wildcard?

We’ve taken empty Wildcards through airports with no screening issues. However, as with any bag, the items you carry inside may affect screening results. Always follow airport guidelines and pack responsibly.

Is Wildcard completely smell-proof for my dog?

No bag is truly smell-proof to a dog — their sense of smell is next-level. Our bags do an excellent job minimizing odors for everyday use, like with mini pet treats, but they aren’t designed to completely fool canine noses.
